Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days from the date you received your order. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined below:
- Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mellowdietlab.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions. Please note that returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
